There is the possibility of returning the product purchased from our store within ten (10) days for any reason. In this case, you will be charged both to the initial shipping costs (regardless if these do not have you charged if the order was more than 40 €), and with the return costs. The net amount of the refund may be offset with new purchase of equal or greater value. The returned product should be in perfect condition and not opened the package.
To avoid any problems, please carefully check the packaging and the product status on receipt .If they find a mistake or a defective product, contact us directly and will be replaced immediately at the risk and cost of our company, or a refund if desired.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned products if the taste is not liked, but only if it is objectively altered.
Our company guarantees that every product shipped are tested as regards its expiry date and make every effort to have distant maturities (greater than 12 months). In the rare case that the expiration date of a product is less than four months, the mission only after your phone adoption.
